Q: How long is shipping?
Our shipping timeframe is 4-5 business days. This allows us to carefully inspect every bundle to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you.
  How Long is the processing ?
RAWSEASON is very adamant about getting your package to you on time! to do that we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Processing time is from 2-3 days.
Q: Are Pickups and drop-offs available ?
 Of course! We offer pickups and drop-offs in Columbus Ohio every Monday and Thursday. Just like you receive a tracking number in your email is the same way you'll receive a confirmation, date, and time of your drop-off or pickup. you are still required to order through our website.
Q: I Don't know how to take care of my hair and I've lost my hair care card please help
Don't worry we understand and we've got you covered. if anything happens to your hair and you've lost your hair care card or just have no clue what to do please reach out and email us!  we will send you a digital hair-care card. We also have a page on our website dedicated to haircare. 
Q: What is your refund policy?
If a problem arises on our side we will gladly offer a refund , Otherwise no refund or exchanges are permitted. once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please Understand we are NOT responsible for ANY delays in shipment due to incorrect shipping information, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or any carrier delays, we do require a 30% fee for all returns.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
Holidays are not business days, all shipping and processing is 6-11 days if there are any delays on our behalf you will be made aware immediately. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All orders placed after 6:00PM CT will require an extra processing day. For those wishing to do pickups and are located in Columbus Oh, it will take 3-7 business days in which you will be contacted at the designated time for pickups/drop offs.
